Composer, producer and arranger Allen Toussaint embodied the sound of New Orleans. American Tunes is the last album he recorded and features some of his favorite covers including work by Paul Simon, Duke Ellington and Fats Waller. Today's Top Tune ,"Delores' Boyfriend," is extra special as it's a solo piano piece recorded in his home in 2013.
