    Loco’l: Roy Choi’s Healthy Fast Food Concept

    The big news at this year’s MAD Conference, an annual gathering Jonathan Gold refers to as the Woodstock for chefs, came from California chefs Roy Choi and Daniel Patterson . They will launch Loco’l in 2015, a chef-driven fast food chain aimed at bringing higher quality food to underserved communities.

    The big news at this year’s MAD Conference, an annual gathering Jonathan Gold refers to as the Woodstock for chefs, came from California chefs Roy Choi and Daniel Patterson. They will launch Loco’l in 2015, a chef-driven fast food chain aimed at bringing higher quality food to underserved communities. The first outpost is set to open in the Tenderloin district in San Francisco early next year.
