Finalists Announced for Pershing Square Redesign

The City of LA and its partners are trying to re-imagine Pershing Square, the largest park in the city's historic center. No one is very happy about the way the park works, but city leaders think it's got the potential to be a major part of the new downtown. Four design finalists were announced this morning, with four very different visions.
