President Obama nominates Merrick Garland to be the next Supreme Court Justice, despite Republican resistance. Will the Senate wait until we have a new president for hearings?

Republican primary campaigning continues. Former Labor Secretary Robert Reich says Donald Trump is a bigot with the temperament of a three-year-old. "In my lifetime, I've never seen anyone as unqualified and as dangerous as Donald Trump." Arizona's former Governor Jan Brewer has endorsed Donald Trump and says he is a fighter, a scrapper and a leader. Rich Lowry said the endorsements will continue to come in for Trump."The rats of elected officials will all scurry on to the ship. If at any time it looks like the bottom is falling off, they'll scurry right back off."

Josh Barro (Business Insider) moderates from the Center. Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. On the Left is Robert Reich (former Secretary of Labor). Former Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is our special guest.
