Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump proposes banning Muslims from entering the United States. Republicans are divided over the plan. Rich Lowry says the proposal is an overreaction to what has been an under reaction to terrorism on American soil. Kai Wright says we are searching for an easy answer to a really complicated problem.
