A Doctors Without Borders physician in New York City is diagnosed with the next Ebola case after returning home from treating patients in Guinea. Republican pollster Kellyanne Conway said recent events are making the electorate nervous. "The population thinks things are out of control. They feel like they can't do anything." Election-watchers take bets on whether Republicans will win all six competitive seats in the Senate.
