Congress appears eager to support President Obama's proposal to fight Islamic militants. Will the plan actually destroy ISIS? Or simply leave the problem to Obama's successor? The American people are convinced that there needs to be action and, according to pollster Margie Omero, ISIS is on the top of people's minds. Scotland prepares to vote for independence. What would be the unintended consequences? The Senate takes on Citizens United, but the American people don't care. Videos and Ray Rice.

Matt Miller moderates from the Center. On the Left, Robert Scheer (Editor-in-Chief, TruthDig-dot-com). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Margie Omero (Democratic pollster, Purple Strategies) is special guest.
