An American terrorist placed homemade bombs around New York and New Jersey. Ahmad Khan Rahami arrived here as a child from Afghanistan. Is the United States doing what it should to integrate immigrants? Should the police department in Charlotte, North Carolina release the video of an officer shooting a black man? The resulting protests turned violent. Why wasn't the National Guard brought out earlier? Gene Sperling says the police should err on the side of transparency and release them. Mona Charen says we have to be careful to remember that videos are not always the "Truth" with a capital T. What do Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump need to do in Monday night's debate?

Josh Barro (Business Insider) moderates from the Center. Mona Charen (Ethics and Public Policy Institute) is on the Right. On the Left, Gene Sperling (economic advisor to Presidents Clinton & Obama and candidate Hillary Clinton). Juliette Kayyem (former Assist Sec at DHS and advisor at DOJ) is our special guest.
