Will OC's lone Democratic congresswoman will go for Barbara Boxer's seat?

With the news that Barbara Boxer will not seek reelection for her Senate seat, Democrats across the state are already making noise about running. Attorney General Kamala Harris has already confirmed, and former Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa has also said he'll probably run. Far cagier has been Loretta Sanchez, OC's lone Democrat in the House of Representatives. Last week, she released a statement saying she was "seriously considering running" for Boxer's seat. In such a crowded field, can she become California's first Orange County-based senator since the 1990s? Or does she simply not have enough statewide support or recognition?
