Getting his start as a game show host, many may remember him as the face of Nickelodeon's GUTS, but actor Mike O'Malley diversified his career by taking matters into his own hands -- writing the parts he wanted to play. Having delved deeper into acting and writing, he's been a part of major films and TV shows including Yes, Dear, Shameless and Glee.
