    After 13 years of various attempts at telling the "nice guys" story, director Shane Black joins Elvis Mitchell to talk about finding the right medium for the buddy cop film The Nice Guys.

    Heavily influenced by pulp fiction, Shane Black is partial to buddy cop comedies. Today, the Iron Man 3 director stops by to discuss the uniquely American concept of "workplace pride" and the quick process of casting Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe as detective partners in 1970's Los Angeles for the film The Nice Guys.
