Attorney General Eric Holder announced today that the trail of the alleged masterminds of the 9/11 terrorist attacks would be held in New York City. Should they even take place? Why, says Tony, when we have confessions and a desire for execution? Bob says, there's a little something called the rule of law and we should definitely abide by it, using it as an example of what's right about truth, justice and the American Way. Tony sees it as a left/right issue, Bob disagrees. What will Obama do in Afghanistan? Tony says if he doesn't think we should fight this war, he shouldn't be bullied into sending troops. He and Matt are troubled by the whole deliberative procedure, while Bob says most wars have taken place under the aegis of Democratic presidents.
