BP and Obama; Government, Who's It For?

Obama did some arm twisting this week, resulting in BP's $20 billion escrow fund for victims of the Gulf Oil Spill disaster. Was he right to do it the way he did it? Tony argues he should be using the law, not pressure. Bob argues that he should be using his power on behalf of the people. It gets hot in the studio. A larger discussion of the role of government ensues; at the end of the day, there's still an oil spill, and we don't know what will happen politically as a result of it. (Arianna Huffington is away.)
