Greece to vote on ditching the Euro. Egypt’s fledgling democracy faces a test. Obama by-passes Congress on immigration reforms. The GAO scorches Fed directors.

With hours to go before elections, Egypt’s high court dissolved that nation’s first freely elected parliament in decades, and then approved the presidential candidacy of former dictator Hosni Mubarak's Prime Minister, Ahmed Shafik. Meanwhile, President Obama bypasses Congress on big immigration policy changes. And the GAO goes after the Fed on preferential treatment for Fed directors current and former.
