Detroit declares bankruptcy, and deals a blow to the image of the US auto industry. The former beacon of American hope and innovation now shows economic decline, corruption and arson throughout the city. Is there room for an enterprise zone to attract some new investment? George Zimmerman is let off after killing a 17-year-old black boy. Is this a symbol of racism in the United States? Is the American justice system broken? Or did it do its job in an unclear case? Rich Lowry (on the Right) says it's the latter. Rolling Stone places Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on its cover and examines how a boy turned in to a monster. Does the picture glorify him? (Touré, host of MSNBC's The Cycle is our special guest.)
