The National Security Agency taps into Yahoo and Google data centers around the world and listens in on foreign leaders, according to former NSA contractor Edward Snowden. Is it all true? Is it OK? Do such practices go against the Fourth Amendment? Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius appears before Congress and takes the blame for the glitches on Healthcare.gov.
