The US Senate changed a procedural rule this week that would allow a majority vote on judicial and executive appointees, other than the Supreme Court. In 2005, then Senator in the minority said, "This nuclear option is ultimately an example of the arrogance of power. It is a fundamental power grab by the majority party." That was then-Senator Joe Biden. Is this change an improvement?
