Russians in Ukraine, Republican Future, the Inevitability of Hillary

The Russians control most of Crimea, the CPAC Conference, and Hillary in 2016?

Lawmakers in Crimea voted in favor of leaving the Ukraine for Russia and holding a regional vote. Is this like Scotland's referendum? Does nationalism only apply to the United States? Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger says the demonization of Putin is an alibi for a policy. Hillary Clinton recently likened Russia's actions in the Ukraine to steps taken by Germany in the 1930's. Is she preparing for a presidential run for 2016? Nate Silver says no non-incumbent presidential candidate has ever been in such a strong a position at this point in the cycle. Rich Lowry (National Review) joins us from the Conservative Political Action Conference where Republican leaders debate their future. Also joining Robert Scheer this week are Mike Pesca (Slate.com), moderating from the Center, and special guest Katrina vanden Heuvel (The Nation) on the Left.
