By Robert Scheer • Mar 28, 2014 • 28m Listen

Former Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney said President Barack Obama was naive when it comes to Russia. What would he have done differently? The Supreme Court hears arguments about who has religious freedom. Can a corporation exercise constitutional rights, or only people? Can we trust anything the NSA says? Bob Scheer recalls George Washington "Guard against the impostors of pretended patriotism."

Joining Bob Scheer (L) this week are former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, moderating from the Center; former GOP Congressman Vin Weber, on the Right, and special guest Dahlia Lithwick of Slate.com.
