An agreement between the US, Russia, the EU, and Ukraine was a surprise, but does it mean anything? TruthDig's Robert Scheer says yes, and those hoping for a new Cold War are not going to get one. New polls show Hillary Clinton's numbers are down, but Slate's Mike Pesca says it's more that the bump she got from being Secretary of State has gone away. And what is the function of college athletics? Despite his belief in the free market, the Washington Free Beacon's Matthew Continetti doesn't believe we should pay athletes. It takes away from the original function of a university.
