Heartbleed and Internet Security

The so-called Heartbleed security flaw has revealed every user’s worst nightmare about security on the Internet. If we’re already vulnerable now, what’s going to happen when electrical grids and driverless cars are operated online? Should somebody take charge, or is it better when nobody can?

Also, NATO establishes military patrols along the eastern borders of NATO countries, and the NYPD shuts down its controversial surveillance program that targeted Muslim communities following 9/11.
