With only a day left until California starts issuing IOU's, we'll hear what that could mean for the old, the poor and for public health as Governor Schwarzenegger accuses the Democrats of fiddling while Rome burns. Also, President Obama reaches out to gay rights activists on the anniversary of the Stonewall riots.
