Five LA City Council members want workers at hotels near LAX paid more than $15 an hour -- the highest minimum wage in the nation. Local businesses say it's too much and that jobs will be cut. But one Silicon Valley entrepreneur says an increase should apply to all workers. We hear the pros and cons. Also, Covered California says Obamacare signups are picking up, especially with Hispanics. Why does that matter to everyone else?

Later on To the Point, Hillary Clinton would be America's first woman president if she were elected. But she'd need the Democratic nomination to get there. We hear why she's considered unstoppable — two years before the first primary -- if she decides to run.
