Last month, the City of LA updated its website for the first time in 15 years and Mayor Villaraigosa promised, "The Power of City Hall in the Palm of Your Hand." MyLA311 is an application to provide city services to smart phone users. You can find parks, pay your water bill and report potholes and broken streetlights. But can you follow up on how your complaints are being handled? How does LA's app compare to Chicago's? Would private partnerships provide the high speed that high tech is famous for? Also, the risks to public health and the environment from "fracking" in California.

On our rebroadcast of To the Point, despite gridlock on so many other issues, Republicans and Democrats could be ready to make political history on immigration reform. We hear the details — and continued controversy — about an 800-page proposal made public today in the Senate.
