As President Obama prepares for tomorrow's memorial service in Boston, the FBI has denied reports of an arrest in Monday's bombing. But videotape from department-store cameras is said to show an individual leaving a package at the place where one of Monday's explosions occurred.

Meanwhile, despite gridlock on so many other issues, Republicans and Democrats could be ready to make political history on immigration reform. We hear the details and continued controversy about an 800-page proposal made public today in the Senate. Also, a letter sent to White House tests positive for Ricin, and the wife of a Texas Justice of the Peace has been arrested and charged in the murders of a District Attorney, his wife and an assistant DA.
