Indie pop purveyors, The Shins, are touring behind their excellent new album “Port of Morrow”. Frontman James Mercer has hit his stride as a songwriter and performer and their live shows never disappoint. They’re playing at the Gibson Amphitheater on Oct. 2 – be there!

To celebrate their 30th anniversary, Tim Robbins and the folks over at The Actors Gang are staging Richard Brinsley Sheridan’s 250 year old masterpiece, “The Rivals,” directed by David Schweizer. George Washington’s favorite play is at The Actor’s Gang in Culver City through mid-November.
