Tainá Guedes is an artist, cook, and food activist with a focus on sustainable living. The 42-year-old’s most recent project centers around cooking with leftovers.
Normally, she would be visiting schools and giving lectures, but during this health crisis, she has moved her kitchen online. Does she think that the current pandemic will change our attitude toward food and waste?
