The earthquake in Haiti has us wondering how to help; and many in the architecture and design community are already thinking ahead to  reconstruction. Obviously, there is much to do right away with immediate and basic relief but for those interested in the reconstruction effort that will follow, here are some links. More to come.

Update: Tonight, Tuesday, January 18, there’s an event to help raise money to support the Red Cross: Art for Haiti will feature dozens of local artists auctioning off their works. That’s 7-9pm at The Mandrake, located among a strip of galleries at 2692 S. La Cienega, just adjacent to Culver City.
