On Friday, former Santa Ana councilmember Carlos Bustamante pleaded guilty to sex crimes and is expected to get a one-year jail sentence. In Anaheim, councilmember Jordan Brandman announced he wasn't going to run anymore for Loretta Sanchez's Congressional seat after getting blasted by residents for mucking up the city's district elections map.
