Ivey Janette McLelland was born into a family of Dodgers fans. Her grandmother greeted the Dodgers when they arrived in Los Angeles from Brooklyn in 1958. She was taken to a game before she was one year old. Vin Scully’s voice was a constant for her and a soothing reminder of summer fun and she has remained a loyal fan to this day.
