Silvia Esparza grew up in a Latin home in mid-town Los Angeles. She cannot remember a time where she did not hear "the truck" come by during the day blaring their iconic horn to the tune of "La Cucaracha". But it's not a gourmet food truck, or even a roach coach. It's like a little roving grocery store that stocks what their clientele want-candy for the kids, bananas, onions and of course, stacks of tortillas.
