Michelle Yeoh on Oscar nom: ‘Shocking, overwhelming and very emotional’

Michelle Yeoh is the first Asian woman to receive a Best Actress Oscar nomination for her performance in the sci-fi action-fantasy “Everything Everywhere All at Once,” an unexpected feat for the veteran.

In this extended conversation, she talks about the film and its success, and delves back into her life-long career spanning from her aspirations to becoming a ballerina as a child, to the evolution of acceptance for Asian-represented movies.
