Reggie Hudlin Takes Over BET; Oliver Stone Cuts Alexander

Hosted by Claude Brodesser-Akner Aug. 01, 2005 Entertainment
This week, why would a successful Hollywood director trade his baseball cap for an executive's designer suit? Reggie Hudlin, the man who created hits like House Party, explains why he took the job as Black Entertainment Television-s new programming chief. Then, the sword and sandal epic Alexander comes out on DVD this week. Director Oliver Stone tells us why he took the scissors to the original version and is a releasing a shorter director-s cut.
