Disney initiates staggered layoffs of 7,000 employees

The Walt Disney Company has initiated layoffs of 7,000 employees as announced by its CEO Bob Iger a couple of months ago. The dismissals will occur in three phases. Is the staggered firings a misstep? Matt Belloni of Puck News and Lucas Shaw of Bloomberg analyze.
