New Girl executive producer/director Jake Kasdan talks with Elvis Mitchell about working on a sit-com versus directing a feature film.

Jake Kasdan is the executive producer of the new television show New Girl on Fox. He also directed several episodes, including the pilot. His most recent feature film, Bad Teacher, starring Cameron Diaz, is out on home video in mid-October.
