Beacon of Light: Jonah Sharp, Lovefingers, Felix The Dog

Beacon of Light takes over Better Tomorrow Studio on Saturday, November 21 from 10pm to 6am for its biggest activation yet.

Inspired by the chill out rooms that once existed alongside the main rooms of raves and clubs, Beacon of Light creates a space where the music can stretch out and people can sit, lie down, sway, dance, talk, listen and stay for a while.

The lineup brings together Jonah Sharp, the artist behind Spacetime Continuum, for a DJ set, Lovefingers, Felix The Dog, and Beacon of Light resident chillers Dor Wand and Tottie.

Dor Wand is a Los Angeles based DJ, producer and multidisciplinary artist, and a resident at dublab, where he hosts Open Heart Social Club. His recent album Alchemy of Being was released on Multi Culti and explores the more inward and psychedelic side of his musical world.

Tottie is a longtime Los Angeles DJ, dublab host and cofounder of SOS Music, known for wide ranging sets and a deep record collection that moves freely across scenes and eras.

Together, Dor and Tottie have been shaping the musical language of Beacon of Light from the beginning, approaching the room less as a genre specific space and more as a place for curiosity, unexpected records and a different pace within nightlife.

Better Tomorrow Studio will be covered in rugs for the night, with a full light activation by Brian Zamora and Allen Harsted evolving through the space.

Tickets are available now on Resident Advisor and capacity is limited.
