Join ZZK Records for a special one of a kind night of Peruvian Chicha and beyond.Across the Andes, chicha is a fermented corn drink famed as a festival of flavors. In Peru, it gave name to an equally spicy musical genre which blew up in the 1980s; lyrics about love, sorrow and migrant struggles blend with catchy folk melodies refracted through psychedelic guitars and vintage cumbia grooves to create an infectious sound that’s now having a global revival – alongside a provocative visual language featuring playful typography and unmissable party posters with dazzling neon designs.Come celebrate cumbia culture with a night of music, art and revelry.DJ sets from Tribilin Sound & DJ Sabroso from Lima, PeruLive show by Lxs Cochinxs from Los Angeles
