On October 3, 2025, the Hollywood Bowl welcomes back the “Queen of Neo-Soul,” Erykah Badu, for a night of visionary music and artistic expression. Since her groundbreaking debut Baduizm in 1997, Badu has become one of the most influential figures in contemporary R&B, blending soul, hip-hop, jazz, and funk into a sound that’s uniquely her own. With classics like “On & On,” “Bag Lady,” and “Tyrone,” alongside ever-evolving new material, her performances are renowned for their power, intimacy, and unpredictability.
Joining her as a special guest is Westside Gunn, the Buffalo rapper and co-founder of Griselda Records. Known for albums like Pray for Paris and his role in shaping the resurgence of East Coast rap, Gunn adds a sharp, uncompromising edge to the evening.
Together, these two trailblazers bring worlds of soul and hip-hop to the Bowl stage, creating a one-of-a-kind concert experience under the Los Angeles night sky.
