Nourish

Nourish takes place on Sunday, November 15, at the Tokyo American Club in Tokyo, Japan. Curated with semi permanent × teenage engineering, this intimate, in-person gathering brings together chefs, producers, farmers, fermenters, scientists, designers, researchers, and cultural thinkers to consider how food carries knowledge, memory, ecology, hospitality, and care. Through demonstrations, conversation, and time around a shared table, Nourish asks how we might gather, create, eat, and care for one another more thoughtfully. The program is grounded in exchange: between disciplines, generations, and the people whose work shapes what reaches the table. Attendance is intentionally limited so the room can remain participatory, generous, and personal. A place around the hearth has been set aside for you. We’ll meet in Tokyo.
