Plus, make costume accessories in Remainders Creative Reuse’s costume BOO-tique, bring a gently used costume for a costume swap, go trick-or-treating through Smorgasburg’s shopping aisle, participate in the prize BOOnanza, and, of course, enjoy food from over 60 finely curated food and beverage vendors.
