Ed Whelan

Attorney Ed Whalen is President of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, a conservative think-tank in Washington, DC. He clerked for the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, and worked in the Office of Legal Counsel in the first George W. Bush Administration.
