Garry "Malachi" Scott

Co-founder of the North Oakland Restorative Justice Council. He was arrested at age 15 for second-degree murder, took a plea bargain of 15 years to life at the age of 17, and was incarcerated at San Quentin Prison in California. He was paroled in 2014.
