Paul Barrett is an adjunct professor of law at New York University and deputy director of its Center for Business and Human Rights. An assistant managing editor of BusinessWeek magazine, he is the author of Law of the Jungle: The $19 Billion Battle Over Oil in the Rain Forest and the Lawyer Who'd Stop at Nothing to Win, American Islam: The Struggle for the Soul of a Religion, and Glock: The Rise of America's Gun. He is a former reporter and editor at the Wall Street Journal.
