Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Tuesday, June 21, Airborne Toxic Event is one of the most successful bands to emerge from LA’s music scene over the last few years. It’s easy to understand why — they create majestic rock songs that are both catchy and full of emotion. They’ll be joined by the Calder Quartet for a live session on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, June 22, Dengue Fever‘s unique sound is a combination of Cambodian 60’s rock and surf guitar lines. Their diverse cultural backgrounds really set them apart and we’re happy to welcome them back to our studios to celebrate summer on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Thursday, June 23,
Mike Watt co-founded one of the most beloved So Cal punk bands, the Minutemen. He’s also one of the acclaimed bass players in modern rock history and he brings his band Missingmen to perform his punk-inspired opera on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Monday, June 27, Lo-fi yet sophisticated, Merrill Garbus’ folk project as Tune-Yards is a patchwork of found sounds, field recordings and passionate vocals she’ll perform live for Morning Becomes Eclectic listeners at 11:15am.

Wednesday, June 29, Norwegian wunderkind Sondre Lerche performs his breezy pop songs for Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.
