Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Monday, October 19, Amason is a Swedish supergroup featuring members of the bands Miike Snow and Dungen, among others. They impressed us with their live set at SXSW earlier this year and MBE guest host Anne Litt will welcome them into our studio to play some brand new songs for us.

Tuesday, October 20, Lianne la Havas is a powerhouse performer with uplifting, soulful pop songs that are playful yet intimate. She’s engaging on every level and full of heart. We’re happy to welcome the UK singer in studio for a live session.

Wednesday, October 21, Natalia Lafourcade is one of Latin America’s leading indie pop artists and her new album “Hasta La Raiz” is already certified platinum in her native country, Mexico. She’s nominated for five Latin Grammy awards this year and we bring you a live session hosted by KCRW’s Raul Campos.

Monday, October 26, JR JR won us over with their catchy pop songs starting five years ago when they went by the name Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr. Now, with a new name, they are starting a fresh chapter in their career and shared songs from their self-titled new album in a live performance at Sonos Studio.

Tuesday, October 27, Rhythm Planet host Tom Schnabel drops by at 10am with a tribute to musical muses. We bring you a couple tracks where Latin and Brazilian stars sing about artists that have inspired them.

Thursday, October 29, The British brothers behind Disclosure tapped into a wide range of talent for their latest release “Caracal”, from Lion Babe and Lorde to Miguel and Sam Smith. They chat with Jason Bentley about crafting their sophomore effort and what life has been like since their debut’s incredible success. They also play a DJ set, recorded in front of a live audience at Neuehouse.
