It’s very obvious that Gotye’s song “Somebody I Used to Know” is a hit — LA’s own KROQ added it to rotation this week – but KCRW is proud to claim his U.S. live radio debut happened on our airwaves.

The song that we’ve been spinning since August 2011 has now gotten the remix treatment from another KCRW fave, Bibio, and a bunch of our DJs are loving this new version, including DJ Liza Richardson who filled in for Jason Bentley on Morning Becomes Eclectic this morning.
