(Love From London is an ongoing series where correspondents Alex Kenning and Izzy Lawrence introduce us to bands generating excitement across the pond.)

With an international mix of band members from Wales to Egypt, Clockwork Radio have had a steady rise since their conception two years ago.

They already have a plethora of European show under their belt and can boast playing on the same bill as Prodigy, Bombay Bicycle Club & Skunk Anansie.

They’ve been compared to the likes of The Police, Pink Floyd, MGMT… big big boots to fill… you can certainly hear a range of influences with a nice Clockwork Radio sprinkle on top, putting them firmly on my radar of ones to watch.

They’ve just released their fourth EP entitled “Ubuntu” [free download alert!!!] and … take a listen for yourself and let me know what you think!
