Dave Sitek is a busy man. Besides being one of the forces behind TV on the Radio, who are now putting out music on his own Federal Prism label, he’s adds his special touch to recordings by artists like The Orwells, CSS, Beady Eye, Kelis and more.

He’s also an in demand remixer, from indie bands like Until the Ribbon Breaks to mainstream pop artists like Usher.

The Diplo-produced UsherClimax track “” was a huge single in 2012 and his remix made the rounds on the internet about a year ago.

Now we can offer it exclusively for download, a gift from the man himself in advance of his Guest DJ set at KCRW’s Halloween bash Masquerade THIS Saturday, October 26!

Stream Usher – “Climax (Dave Sitek remix)” below and DOWNLOAD HERE.

Adding a dub bassline to this spare sexy slow jam he just increases the intensity, with Usher’s warm vocals floating above flourishes of futuristic sounds.

The remix was never officially released – Diplo just posted it on his Soundcloud — so this is your chance to grab it.

Editor’s Note: In our email exchange, Dave told me I HAD to track down Oh Land’s new record, particularly the track “Cherry on Top“. Enjoy!
