Now in its 25th year, the Jazz and Reggae Festival will descend once again upon UCLA’s Intramural Field over Memorial Day weekend. KCRW is proud to present ‘Jam Day,’ Sunday, May 29, with our very own Jeremy Sole, Mario Cotto and Anthony Valadez hosting and spinning at this multi-cultural day of music and community.

The festival’s eclectic lineup boasts a great history of big name talent alongside up and coming musicians, and this year is no different. ‘Jam Day’ will feature live performances by Lupe Fiasco, Little Dragon, The Miguel Atwood-Ferguson Ensemble featuring Talib Kweli, Quadron, Meshell Ndegeocello and more.

Each year, the festival grows by great word of mouth and great talent. It is the largest — and entirely student-produced and run — event of its kind on the West Coast. The event also features a variety of multi-cultural food and craft vendors who will set up shop during the festival.

Make sure you stop by the KCRW stage and say hello to Jeremy, Mario and Anthony who will also keep the good vibes rolling with DJ sets throughout the day.

Hope to see you there!
