DJ Dan Wilcox will be spinning during the 2010

Spirit Awards on

Friday, March 5 at LA Live in Downtown Los Angeles. The event will be televised live on IFC from 8PM PST to 10PM. From Dan:

“As a nod to this year’s host of the Spirit Awards, Eddie Izzard, I was considering doing my DJ sets in drag… however, I would like to get paid, so I changed my mind. I hear it is quite a party, so looking forward to doing my part to keep it bumpin’ inside the tent.”

The Spirit Awards are celebrating their 25th year. They were the first event to honor independent film exclusively and you can check out all of this year’s nominees here.
